Payroll is our largest single expense and it's critical that we operate within the guidelines provided.  Hurst Stores has adopted the 40% full-time/60% part-time employee and payroll ratio.  In 2019 our focus will be on bringing the Cedar City and St. George stores in line with this ratio.

We will continue to provide tools and information to help managers manage their payroll expenses, and staff their stores appropriately both in peak and in off-peak seasons.
